At Bliss, we believe emotional wellness should be accessible, comfortable, and empowering. Our Counseling Classes, led by Brittanie Thebeau, LPC, are designed to help you learn, heal, and grow alongside others in a supportive small group of approximately six people.

These classes blend professional guidance with real-world tools so you can feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of your everyday life.

What Are Counseling Classes?

Counseling Classes are 60-minute, small-group sessions focused on improving emotional health and building practical skills you can use immediately.

Each class includes:

  • Guided education from a licensed counselor

  • Supportive group discussion

  • Concrete coping strategies

  • Self-reflection and awareness exercises

  • Tools you can take home and use in real life

They’re perfect for anyone who wants professional support without the pressure of full individual therapy.

Our classes are intimate — capped at around six participants — to ensure every voice is heard and each client receives attention and care.

Location & Availability

To make mental wellness more accessible and flexible, all Counseling Classes are currently offered via secure Telehealth.
Join from the comfort of your home, your office, or anywhere you feel most at ease.

Occasional In-Person Classes

Bliss will periodically host in-person Counseling Classes on a limited basis.
Dates will be announced in advance so participants can reserve a spot.

Expanded In-Person Options Coming Soon

Bliss is growing, and we plan to offer regular in-person counseling classes in the near future as our wellness team expands.

$49 per class
Our goal is to keep group support affordable and accessible while still providing high-quality, licensed mental health guidance.

No membership is required to attend.
HSA/FSA may be used for eligible classes.
