With the Bliss HRT Membership, there is no need for unnecessary monthly office visits. Most members are seen every 8–12 weeks, while still enjoying ongoing communication with their provider between appointments. Getting Started

Your initial HRT consultation is $99 and includes a comprehensive evaluation, discussion of your symptoms and goals, and development of your personalized treatment plan.

After your initial consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to enroll in the Bliss HRT Membership for $99 per month, giving you continuous support, routine monitoring, and direct access to your provider throughout your hormone optimization journey.

Routine laboratory testing is included as clinically indicated. Prescription medications, compounded medications, and specialty laboratory testing are billed separately unless otherwise specified.

The Refresh Weight Loss Membership at Bliss Aesthetics & Wellness is designed for clients who want consistent guidance, compassionate support, and a balanced approach to lasting weight loss. This membership blends medical oversight, behavioral wellness, and monthly accountability to help you feel your best—inside and out.

Your Credit Stays With You

Unused Wellness Plus credit may accumulate up to a maximum balance equal to 24 months of membership payments.

Once the maximum balance is reached, recurring membership billing will pause until sufficient credit has been used to bring the balance below the maximum.

Previously accumulated credit will not be forfeited when billing is paused.
